NEW YORK (AP) - Charity Alicia Keys will pay tribute to the late guitarist of Beatle George Harrison with a prestigious concert in New York next month.
His charity, called keep a child alive, will honor Harrison to its annual event of the black ball for "philanthropic contribution in India".
Charity announced Tuesday that the key will produce alongside Usher, Norah Jones and will.i.am to 3 November show at Manhattan Hammerstein Ballroom. Mary j. Blige, Gary Clark Jr., Jay Sean and Midival Punditz with Karsh Kale will also be affected by the scene.
Harrison died of cancer of the lung at the age of 58 in 2001.
The event marks the eighth year for keep a child alive, to help children affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
All proceeds will be donated to the charity.
